Center for Research and Conservation of Endemic Plants with Ornithological Center in Montenegro ; Center za raziskovanje in shranjevanje endemičnih rastlinskih vrst z ornitološkim centrom v Črni gori
The purpose of this master thesis is to plan a Center for the research and conservation of endemic plants with an ornithological center. The project, located on Lake Skadar, aims to educate and inform visitors, raise awareness and interest in the environment, plants, and birds, as well as to put an emphasis on the natural and cultural richness of the Lake. The vision of this project is based on the theoretical research of the vernacular architecture of the Lake Skadar basin and other similar examples in the world. The new architecture fits into the existing ambience, associating itself with old architecture in its form, volume and use of materials. In addition to the educational and scientific functions, the project aims at developing tourism in this area. Therefore, the complex consists of facilities that are located on several different locations on the territory of Lake Skadar. This design project includes the following facilities: a laboratory center, museum and restaurant, an ornithological center facility with staff offices and accommodation units for guest lecturers, a Museum Education Pavilion, a teahouse, an observation point for birds, sales stands, public toilets, as well as an informative and urban mobilier. ; Magistrsko delo se ukvarja s projektiranjem Centra za raziskovanje in shranjevanje endemičnih rastlinskih vrst z ornitološkim centrom na Skadarskem jezeru v Črni gori. Cilj projekta je, da s pomočjo arhitekture obiskovalce izobrazi, informira ter dvigne zanimanje in zavest o okolju, rastlinah in pticah, poleg tega pa tudi poudari naravno in kulturno zakladnico jezera. Teoretični del, ki je temelj za projektiranje tega kompleksa, obravnava vernakularno arhitekturo v dolini Skadarskega jezera in analizira sorodne primere v svetovni praksi. Nova gradnja je skladna z obstoječim ambientom, saj njena oblika, volumen in uporaba materialov asocirajo na staro gradbeništvo. Poleg izobraževalne vloge je cilj projekta tudi razvoj turizma na Skadarskem jezeru, zato so objekti, ki sestavljajo kompleks, razširjeni na več lokacij ob jezeru. Zasnova projekta vključuje objekt centra z laboratoriji, muzejem in restavracijo, objekt ornitološkega centra, v katerem so pisarne zaposlenih, stanovanjske enote za gostujoče predavatelje, paviljonske objekte muzejskega in izobraževalnega karakterja, čajnico, opazovališče ptic, stojnice, javno stranišče ter informativno in urbano opremo.
