The purpose of the research is to find out how the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management on The Development of Study Infrastructure in Sangia Makmur Village, Bombana Regency. This study uses qualitative methods. This research shows that the effectiveness of village fund management on infrastructure development in Sangia Makmur Village starting from planning has not been effective because the community participation in planning in musrembang is still very low and implementation can be said to be effective because the implementation of development is still carried out independently or involve the local community in the work and the implementation of the development is completed or has been realized in accordance with the previous planning and at the stage of supervision of village fund management has been running effectively because every infrastructure development made by the government has been made an answer report and informed to the whole community through the board information, and the village government, community, and Bpd participate in the supervision of builders.
