P PERUBAHAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU DI KOTA MAKASSAR TAHUN 2010-2014 DAN STRATEGI PENGELOLAANNYA.
The aim og the research was to observe the change of green open space resulted by construction activities in makassar city. The method employed was a qualitative descriptif analysis green open space change were analysis by comparing the extent of green open space from data obtained from BLHD Makassar in 2010 and 2014. Ecological function, gemplasme was directly recorded to identify plant species found in the study site and then perform calculations by creating a plot 10m x 10m and 5m x 5m to the diversity with index Shannon-Wiener method. Projected needs of green open space calculation was in accordance to the number of population with exponential method, population data were obtained from BPS Makassar with growth model and precision rate of 2,53 m2/individual. The research results indicated that green open space of Makassar city was 1208 ha covering open space, cemetery, mangrove, rivers and parks, from 2010 to 2014, green space of Makassar increased from 59,93 ha to 1264 ha or 7,23% of total space of Makassar. Projected density of Makassar population in 20 years to come will be 1.861 873. Based on observations in three locations in Park city Hasanuddin, river basm and watershed and Jeneberang and Tallo, were obtained, the highest frequency value at the study site was 1, from which glodokan and guava were planted in the city park, mango at Tallo watershed and hibiscus in Jeneberang watershed.
