ABSTRACTThis study entitled The Effect of Organizational Culture and Capacity Building (Training) on Management Productivity (Studies in Student Activity Units). The purpose of this determination is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Capacity Building (Training) on the productivity of the management, either simultaneously or partially. Every organization that is incorporated in UAM certainly has a different organizational culture, even ways to empower human resources in it in different ways. Of course, every organization has varied and different perceptions, desires, mindsets, and skills. So that it becomes a priority capital for organizational administrators in creating a good organizational culture to implement and the presence of Capacity Building (Training) in each UAM organization is able to provide output or active contributions to the organization, so that the productivity of each management can be achieved. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The analysis technique uses multiple regression. While the sampling technique in this study used Probability Purposive sampling. Based on the results of this study that organizational culture (X1) and Capacity Building (X2) simultaneously have an influence on productivity (Y). The independent variable that has a dominant influence is organizational culture (X1), which has a positive and significant effect on management productivity.
