PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT CONCRETE PAVER GOMACO PADA PEKERJAAN RIGID PAVEMENT DI PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL TEBING TINGGI - PARAPAT
Salah satu pembangunan yang sedang banyak dilakukan adalah pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol. Dalam setiap proyek konstruksi untuk menunjang keberhasilan suatu proyek maka dibutuhkan suatu alat berat. Pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Jalan Tol Tebing Tinggi – Parapat (Serbelawan) merupakan salah satu lokasi pembangunan jalan tol di provinsiSumatera Utara, dengan panjang thrase 30 KM. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk dapat mengetahui produktivitas dari alat berat concretepaversepanjang 100 meter dengan lebar jalan 6,7 meter. Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi pada proyek tersebut dan dengan wawancara kepada operator alat berat concrete paver. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh denganvolume pekerjaan Rigid pavement jalur L2 sepanjang 100 meter yaitu 180,9 m3 dengan produktivitas alat berat concrete paver gomaco GP 2400 yaitu 38.7 m3/jam . Maka dapat disimpulkan produktivitas alat berat concrete pavergomaco GP 2400 dengan pekerjaan Rigid pavement sepanjang 100 meter yaitu 38,7 m3/jam dan dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan yaitu 4.60 jam.Kata kunci : Concrete Paver, Perkerasan Kaku, Produktivitas ABSTRACTOne of the developments that is being carried out is the construction of toll road infrastructure. Construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road Tebing Tinggi - Parapat (Serbelawan) Toll Road is one of the toll road construction sites in the province of North Sumatra, with a thrase length of 30 KM. This study aims to determine the productivity of heavy equipment for concrete pavers along 100 meters with a road width of 6.7 meters. Methods This research is carried out by observing the project and by interviewing the operator of the concrete pavers. The results obtained by the work volume of Rigid pavement L2 line along 100 meters is 180.9 m3 with the productivity of concrete paver gomaco GP 2400 which is 38.7 m3 / hour. So it can be concluded that the productivity of the gomaco GP 2400 concrete paver heavy equipment with 100 meters of Rigid pavement work is 38.7 m3 / hour and the time required is 4.60 hours.Keywords: Concrete Paver, Productivity, Rigid Pavement
