Medinių daugiaaukščių gyvenamųjų pastatų darnumo daugiakriteris vertinimas ; Multi-criteria Sustainability Assessment of Residential High-rise Timber Buildings
The final thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part, scientific literature, articles and other sources were analyzed in order to define the concept of sustainability and it’s dimensions. Also, in this part there were analyzed the most widely used building sustainability systems. In the second part there discussed the advantages of residential high-rise timber buildings, provided examples of good practice in high-rise wooden building projects, their construction technologies and exceptional features. In the third part, there was used the multi-criteria AHP and SAW methods to assess the sustainability of six high-rise timber building project and was determined the building that meets best the sustainability indicators. Based on results of the study, conclusions and suggestions were presented. Work volume: 85 pages without appendixes, 11 tables, 31 figures, 150 bibliographic sources. Separately 3 annexes are attached.
