A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
ANALISIS PERENCANAAN ORGANISASI PENGELOLA ZAKAT PADA BAZNAS PROVINSI BENGKULU
The main problem of this research is how BAZNAS Province to do a planning in the future. In optimizing zakat’s institution so that to reach the goals of BAZNAS Province of Bengkulu to overcome the poverty. This research aims describing and analyzing how BAZNAS Province of Bengkulu to formulate a planning in the future. It uses qualitative of descriptive method. The result of this research shows that the planning of BAZNAS Province has three program that are: the planning on collecting and accumulation, the planning on field of distribution and productivity, and the planning on field of developing. To become BAZNAS Province of Bengkulu to be more effective and productive on doing its program. So, it needs to formulate a plan as follows : planning of muzakki and mustahik basis data, planning of vision and mission BAZNAS Province of Bengkulu, planning of collecting, productivity program, and economic developing program. Doing to lead the human resources of ‘amilin zakat, evenly of distributing, with building the trust between muzakki and zakat institution.
