Strategic environmental assessment as a tool for Baltic sea ecosystem sustainability
The main goal of the paper is to show importance of SEA implementation for the nature areasin Baltic Sea region for ecosystems protection and sustainability support. Currentinternational trends in environmental assessment practice indicate an increasing of SEAapplication as an instrument for ecosystems sustainable development achievement.Paper will provide information on methodological aspects of SEA accomplishment for natureprotected areas and its importance as a tool for the Baltic Sea ecosystems sustainability andcapacity development.
