The problem of human-generated waste in each area will continue to increase, as the population continues to grow, making waste generation in the landfill also increase. Based on 2020 data from the PUPRPRKP Office, the amount of waste generated at the Rasau Jaya TPA, Kubu Raya Regency, produces 392.66 m3/day or equal to 160.063 tons/day. One solution to reduce the buildup of waste generation at the Rasau Jaya TPA is to examine the potential for waste whіch cen bee useed as enerɡy. From results obtained, mass waste that enters the Rasau Jaya TPA in one day which has been dried is 93.708 tons/day and it will be known whether the waste in Rasau Jaya TPA ha potentyal ᴛo bee useed asѕ ƒuel in boilers with a waste calorific value of 2200 kcal for power generation. steam (PLTU), power capacity of 2 MW, 7.5 MW and 10 MW. The results obtained for a steam power plant with capacity 2 MW require a waste requirement of 45336 kg/day or equal to 45.336 tons/day. Meanwhile, a steam power plant with a capacity of 7.5 MW requires 146568 kg/day of waste or equal to 146.568 tons/day and a capacity of 10 MW requires 181248 kg/day of waste or equal to 181.248 tons/day. So it will be summarized that production of waste at Rasau Jaya TPA in one day only has the potential to meet the 2 MW capacity PLTU.
