The purpose of this bachelor final work is to design three-layer wall panel’s factory and its technological line. In bachelor work several parts are discussed like regulation and law of buildings, architectural and constructional decisions, reinforced concrete column calculation and design. The factory will stand in 35321 m2 area which locates in Kaunas. It is planned that this factory will manufacture an annual production of 1328 wall panels, calculated production capacity, concrete mix workshop, product price, profit and payback Designed technological line of product. This line can produce 7000 mm long, 3000 mm in height and 430mm in width wall panels. These products are mainly used in apartment blocks, residential homes, hotels or other similar structures. Designed technological line of product, durations schedule and gear working time diagram. Written about safety and environmental protection. The projected building must meet the safety, architectural, economic requirements. Construction costs were calculated by aggregated standards with program “Sistela”. The graphical part contains five A1 sheets that submitted architectural, structural, technological, organizational parts.
