A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
LowEx-Bestand Referenzgebäude: Geometrie, Bauphysik, Last-Zeitreihen und Sanierungsszenarien
Within the work package 3.1, reference buildings were defined. These were modelled in TNRSYS to generate load series. The load series are used within the project "LowEx-Bestand" for further simulations. The focus was placed on the 1958-78 and 1979-1994 building age classes. The former forms the largest share of the building stock in Germany and the latter is currently in urgent need of renovation. Based on a real 1960s multi-family building, a small, medium and large multi-family building were defined according to the modular principle. Based on existing literature, the energetic building parameters were determined. These include not only the heat transfer coefficients for the various refurbishment stages but also the boundary conditions for the energy demand calculations. In addition, possible renovation packages were defined for both building age classes in order to be able to represent different actual as well as future target states. In summary, this report serves as documentation for the geometric and building physics parameters of the multi-family houses investigated in the entire project. Results: Numerical values of the standard heating loads and the annual heating demand can be found in the appendix.
