Model reduction techniques for simulating complex flow processes
In this habilitation thesis, model-reduction techniques are investigated that allow an efficient description of flow processes without a significant accuracy loss related to physical quantities. In order to demonstrate their efficiency, these techniques are applied to a variety of application areas from medical and environmental engineering.
