Bürogebäude RATP Habitat in Paris
Einen unkonventionellen Bürobau hat Atelier du Pont im Osten von Paris für die Wohnungsbaugesellschaft RATP Habitat geschaffen. Das im Blockinnenraum gelegene Haus öffnet sich vor allem nach oben – mit Lichthöfen und begrünten Dachterrassen. Diese stehen nicht nur den rund 80 Mitarbeitern im Haus als Pausenzone zur Verfügung, sondern werden von einem Green Team aus der Belegschaft auch zum Gemüseanbau genutzt. Unterstützung leistet dabei die Organisation Veni, Verdi, die die urbane Landwirtschaft in Paris fördert., Bauherrin des Neubaus ist eine Tochter der staatseigenen, RATP, die den Nahverkehr rund um Paris betreibt.
In the east of Paris Atelier du Pont has built an unconventional office building for the housing association RATP Habitat. Located in a courtyard, the building opens primarily upwards – with lig htwells and planted roof terraces. Not only are these terraces us ed during breaks by the roughly 80 staff members, a “green team” made up of employees also grows vegetables on them. Support with this work is offered by V eni Verdi, an organisation that encourages urban farming in Paris. The client for the new building is a daughter company of the state-owned RATP Group, which operates local transport around Paris.
