Energy-Plus Housing Block in Paris
In Paris, Avenier Cornejo Architects have created the first social-housing structure to be certified with the label Bepos Effinergie 2013. “Bepos” is derived from the expression “bâtiment à énergie positive” – building with a positive energy balance. The present eight-storey block houses 22 dwellings and two shops.
Avenier Cornejo architectes haben in Paris den ersten Sozialwohnungsbau realisiert, der mit dem Label Bepos Effin-ergie 2013 zertifiziert ist. Bepos steht dabei für Bâtiment à énergie positive – Gebäude mit positiver Energiebilanz. 22 Wohnungen und zwei Ladenlokale finden in dem achtgeschossigen Gebäude Platz.
