Was muss sich in der Bauwirtschaft, ändern, um den Klimawandel zu stoppen? Wir müssen die ganze Bauwirtschaft radikal umkrempeln und in, einen Kreislauf bringen. Im Moment ist alles linear. Wir nehmen Rohstoffe aus der Natur, verbauen sie und – das Verrückteste – wir reißen die Gebäude 20 Jahre später wieder ab und werfen die Materialien weg.

What needs to change in the construction industry to stop climate change? We need to radically transform the entire construction industry and make it circular. Right now, everything is linear. We take raw materials from nature, build something from them, and then – it’s crazy – we tear them down 20 years later and throw the materials away.
