Having moved into what was once the arsenal of the Bavarian Army, dating from 1866, all departments have now been united beneath a single roof., , The palace-like structure marks the beginning of a so-called “creative quarter” that is being developed on the site of the former Luitpold Barracks. While this brick building has remained unchanged externally, numerous conversions were necessary to match the interior to its new functions and to modern technical standards.
