Redhill Barn in Devonshire
Ein Geviert aus 75 cm starken Kalksteinmauern, darin eine Reihe Mauerwerkspfeiler aus dem gleichen Material – viel war nicht mehr übrig von der ehemaligen Scheune in der Nähe von Plymouth in Südwestengland, die Tom Powell und sein Architekturbüro Type zum Wohnhaus für ein älteres Ehepaar umgebaut haben.
A rectangular building layout bordered by 75 cm thick limestone walls, a row of masonry pillars of the same material on the inside – that was all that remained of the former barn near Plymouth in southwestern England. Tom Powell and his architecture office Type remodelled it into a home for a senior couple.
