Das fixe, ökonomische Budget ermöglichte die Umgestaltung des eingeschossigen Ziegelbaus, der früher Lager für Bierfässer und danach Werkstatt war. Heute steht hier ein Wohnhaus mit zwei Ebenen auf 60 m2 Fläche.
The present site – the 70 m2 rear courtyard of a former beer outlet – seemed a good opportunity to a private investor. The fixed budget covered the conversion of the single-storey brick building, which had earlier been a store for beer barrels and subsequently a workshop. Today, a two-storey house stands there with a floor area of 60 m2.
