Urban-Architectural vision of aesthetic paradigm and commerce, Historic Center, Mexico-City.
The aim of the article is to show a current perspective Historic center of Mexico City and its problematic is that excessive trade in this space harms the urban architectural heritage and then the aesthetics of it is hampered by his use trade in. The problem is to investigate this space to analyze how antagonistically articulates the relationship between trade and aesthetics in it. This place is the center of the city and the country, it is saturated with trade in its various forms, from commercial plazas, passages, markets, up to the street vendors, these elements in their relationship affect the damage of the Historic Center the Mexico City and contribute to the deterioration of the urban architectural aesthetics of the space. The main contributions of this work reflect the different adverse effects from trade to the detriment of the aesthetic aspect, which should be evaluated as depopulation, converting housing in warehouses, upholstering informal trade public space and damage to the landmarks in the area. The usefulness of the project is growing in relation to the direction they should take public policies to preserve that heritage for the sake of seeking environmental, social and economic welfare equitably strengthen the aesthetic appearance, which itself should be one of the main features of historical center given the cultural and historical significance of the site.
