In this report are deliberated Socio-economic benefits and how citizens, companies, regions and states all benefit from the continuous growth in road transport demand and how investing in road infrastructure benefits the economy as a whole. Displayed are some of the reports on the socio-economic benefits of highway in the EU-25. This study provides a short review of the EU White Paper and which are the first challenges in creating a successful enlargement of EU. The aim is get to know the expert public of some ITS solutions, systems such as Galileo and the potential it offers to the road sector.
