FULL VECTOR LOCAL CHARACTERISTIC DECOMPOSITION AND ITS APPLICATION IN ROTOR RUB FAULT FEATURE EXTRACTION

For a more complete extraction of the rotor fault feature,a new rotor fault feature extraction methods-Full vector local characteristic decomposition（FVLCD） was proposed.FLVCD Combined local characteristic decomposition（LCD） with full vector spectrum（FVS）.Mutually perpendicular channel vibration signals were decomposed into intrinsic mode components of the series based on LCD and corresponding envelope signals were obtained by Hilbert transform.Then the corresponding vector spectrum was obtained by fusion of the envelope signal FVS.Rotor rubbing fault analysis results show that this method is effective fusion of the two co-channel vibration signal information,fault characteristics are more comprehensive and accurate.
