XPS analysis of Fe - doped ZnO nanopowder
The paper presents results of investigation of ZnO nanopowder doped with Fe by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). XPS analysis confirmed presence of all constitutive elements at the sample surface. Surface composition was quantitatively determined and interpreted in the light of possible influences, among which the most pronounced effects are inhomogeneous charging of the surface and surface contamination.
