Guidance for rural house plans within newly urbanized architecture model
Within the research framework on the topic of rural housing in rural urban areas, targeted towards typical housing solutions for people in the center of town which will be a cleared areas (such as the study area of the center of My An town, Thap Muoi district, Dong Thap province). The traditional approach of housing clearance is that the state will have the compensation plan and people will build houses in the planned areas. Project management Department uses somes of typical designed houses as sample model and give them as an idea for people housing. However, these house models are not really in-depth research and provide appropriate solutions which is flexible using with daily life of local people. Therefore, in the absence of a clear design guidelines, most of people will decide the style and design of their own houses that are most commonly follow urban houses in the urban development development (eg, Ho Chi Minh City), led to the planning area after a few years, people feel claustrophobic and dark in their own urban boxes homes. This article is a part of a research about typical rural house by the research team of the Faculty of Construction and Electrical of the Open University
