This study analyzes issues regarding to symbols and public spaces in multiculturalism, as related to penitentiary facilities as a peculiar and concrete public space, because it involves a special relationship of submission. Within this theoretical framework, the prevalence of rights and concretely the right to freedom of religion and its content, it’s analyzed.
