INTERCONNECTION OF FUNCTIONAL-BRANCH AND ARCHITECTURAL-TOWN-PLANNING ASPECTS OF THE UNIVERSITY ORGANIZATION
The article discusses the contradiction between the real trends in the construction and functioning of universities as an integral architectural and urban planning whole, on the one hand, and the current construction and regulatory literature prescribing local rules for buildings and sites of the University, on the other. In addition, according to the current classification of OKVED there is a discrepancy of economic, functional, architectural and urban aspects of the formation of universities. To get out of this situation, new approaches to solving the problem are proposed.
