Los elementos fundamentales en la implantación de esta casa son su situación de esquina con diferentes niveles entre calles y la vista hacia un bosque de eucaliptos. La vivienda se abre además hacia norte y sur, con una planta en forma de T y dos pisos sobre el nivel natural del terreno. El banco que rodea exteriormente el nivel superior, conformando asientos en las terrazas o estrechos pasos, permite recorrer y habitar el perímetro de la casa.
