PRINCIPLES OF INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN PLANNING AREAS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CLICHY-BATIGNOLLES DISTRICT IN PARIS)
The purpose of the research is to identify effective principles of urban environment organization in integrated development of planning areas using as an example the zone d'aménagement concerté (ZAC) (coordinated planning zone) program, which is an important tool in the management of urban development in France. In particular, the ZAC project for Clichy-Batignolles was analyzed and the key economic, social, territorial, planning and environmental principles applied in the project were identified. The results of the study are important for urban planning practice since they enable the urban environment planning principles to be applied in comprehensive territorial development in the Russian Federation.
