Territorial planning of the Grayvoronsky urban district
This article examines the theoretical principles of territorial planning and explores the legal framework governing this process. In analyzing the rationale for the master plan, the current state of the settlement was assessed, areas for potential expansion of settlement boundaries were identified, and the functional zoning of these territories was reviewed. Various approaches to regulating territorial planning, including administrative, socio-economic, urban planning, and legal methods, were analyzed using the Grayvoronsky urban district as a case study. The justification for the proposed locations of local facilities, as outlined in plans and programs for comprehensive socio-economic development, was carried out through the several key stages including assessing the current state and utilization of the territory, identifying potential development directions, and establishing projected limitations on land use.
