Comparison of tensile testing methods of steel for the reinforcement
This paper presents a comparison of tensile testing methods of steel for the reinforcement according to HRN EN ISO 15630-1:2010 referring to the norm HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016. The mechanical properties of the steel are dependent on the test speed. Therefore, according to norm HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016, the recommended is method A, which uses strain control. The laboratory tensile testing of steel for the reinforcement B500B was tested using the methods A1, A2 and B of norm HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016.
