KONSEP PENGEMBANGAN KOTA BARU DI SUKODONO SIDOARJO
Sukodono as one of the districts in Sidoarjo has potential as a new city in terms of land availability, and has accessibility to develop related to infrastructure availability. To achieve the research objectives, three phases of analysis were carried out, namely the identification of factors influencing the development of a new city in Sukodono with descriptive analysis and the Delphi method, assessing the performance of these factors with a Likert scale service quality, and the formulation of a new city development concept using triangulation analysis. Based on this research, a new regency city in Sukodono is currently included in a new satellite city. This is because the new city in Sukodono is a planned and developed city, but the population still has a relationship with the cities of Surabaya and Sidoarjo in terms of work and daily living needs. Then a new city development concept is needed to develop and improve urban infrastructure, city service facilities and enable business activities.
