What does it mean to regenerate urban space? The question is crucial mainly in a city of art with a UNESCO heritage historic centre. In the last five years, the strategy we applied, transformation and recovery interventions, is to put the person and the citizen at the centre of the urban space. Whether it was a historic square, a city entryway avenue, a factory, a suburban garden, or the Te Palace Park, we always rethought them, starting from citizens' role in those spaces.
