FIRE-PROTECTION MAINTENANCE OF ADJACENT TERRITORIES OF APARTMENT HOUSES
The article analyzes the current regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents on fire safety concerning the planning, construction and maintenance of the adjacent territory of apartment houses. The analysis and investigation of statistics of cases of overlapping of entrances/driveways in case of fire in apartment houses of the settlements is implemented. The main problems related to the violation of mandatory fire safety requirements in the studied area are formulated based on the results of analysis and their solutions are proposed.
