Characteristics of mass flow measurement on conveyor belts
Due to technological importance and the complexity of measurement of bulk materials on open pit mines, rapid industrial development produces a demand for the existent methods and weighing devices permanent development. Belt scales, incorporated into a belt conveyor system, form the special class of mass measuring instrument in the family of continuous weighing. This paper presents some accuracy increasing methods of continuous belt weigher mass measurement on conveyor belts in real conditions.
