Optimierung strategischer Erfolgspotenziale in Prozessen zur Regionalentwicklung
This article deals about successful ways of co-operative planning for regional development and about strategical success potentials which are able to give orientation in such processes. After an introduction about the problem-background and the type of investigation follows a description of the term planning-strategy. Results of evaluations of case studies are shown with a description of factors of success and obstacles. After the identification of strategical success potentials, impact factors between these potentials are discussed. Finally recommendations about the design of planning-strategies are given.
