Load analysis of transmission lattice steel tower according with the European Standards
The paper presents the load analysis of transmission suspension tower with a voltage of 110kV according with the European Standards. Considering the specificity of the loads acting on the overhead suspension tower great effort must be paid to the analysis of the loads and load cases adoption. The structure analysed is a lattice steel tower of height 41,50m with three pairs of crossarm. Thereafter, presents and discusses the comparison of the results obtained by European standards with the results obtained by Yugoslav standards.
