Se expone algunas recomendaciones finales, luego de realizar el Expediente Urbano para la ciudad de Osorno en 1957-58 utilizando la metodología de la Dirección de Planeamiento del M.O.P., con la guía de profesores del Instituto de Vivienda Urbanismo y Planeación de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Chile./In this article some final recomendations are presented after the completion of the Urban Record for Osorno in 1957- 58 using the methods developed by the Planning Department of the Ministry of Urban Works (MOP) with the guide of professors from the Institue of Housing and Urban Planning of the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Chile.
