FATIGUE LIFE ANALYSIS OF THE FRAME OF A SEMI TRAILER SPECIAL VEHICLE (MT)
In order to solve the problem that the reliability analysis of special semitrailer frame depends heavily on the sample vehicle, a calculation method of structural vibration fatigue estimation based on random load history in frequency domain is proposed. Firstly, the correctness of the frame analysis model is verified through the comparative analysis of the frame modal and static load test; Then the frequency response is calculated to obtain the transfer function, and the stress power spectral density of the structure is obtained by combining with the dynamic load power spectral density of the frame; Finally, according to the material parameters, the appropriate fatigue damage model is selected, and the frequency domain method is used to predict the fatigue defect location and life of the frame structure. Through the fatigue test, the predicted results are credible, which provides a more credible scheme for the design and improvement of special frame structure.
