Mycelium architecture: current state and development prospects
The article reviews current experiences in the integration of mycelium-based biotechnologies into architecture. Key developments in this area are considered. Projects using mycelial structures are assessed by the criteria of construction geometry and methods of implementation. A comparative analysis is used to re-trace the chronology and identify the main trends in the development of architecture that uses mycelium structures today.
