ESKİŞEHİR KENTSEL DÖNÜŞÜM BETON DAYANIMLARININ İSTATİSTİKSEL ANALİZİ
This study covers the statistical analysis results obtained by examining the data of 306 reinforced concrete buildings, which have been identified as risky buildings in Eskisehir within the scope of the Law No. 6306 on Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk. Data such as the average concrete compressive strength of these buildings, the years of construction, the average concrete compressive strength depending on the years of construction, availability of their project, the average concrete compressive strength according to the district where they are located, and the type of reinforcement were analyzed, the analyzes were interpreted and recommendations were made in the conclusion section. The average concrete compressive strength of the buildings was calculated as 7.99 MPa, standard deviation was calculated as 3.41 MPa and it was observed that 16.99% of the buildings had a strength less than 5.00 MPa. The average concrete compressive strength of 59.48% gave results in the range of 5.00-10.00 MPa. 99.67% of the buildings remained below the strength of 17.30 MPa and only 1 building was above this strength. When all the data are evaluated, it has been suggested that the importance given to urban transformation in Eskisehir and throughout Turkey should be increased even more and that the responsibilities of relevant institutions should be fulfilled carefully and diligently in the inspection of the projects and implementation of new buildings.
