During the early morning of September 29, 2006, five teams of volunteers, led by the URO1.ORG Cooperative, carried out a signaling action to draw attention to the Diego Portales Building. Five false posters indicate, by means of an isotype, an arrow and a text, that the Gabriela Mistral Metropolitan Cultural Center is nearby. The posters are an instruction, an invitation to move, discovering a story and activating links that can become a motor for programmatic and spatial changes.
