A KINEMATIC GAME FOR STROKE UPPER ARM MOTOR REHABILITATION - A PERSON-CENTRED APPROACH
This report describes the possibilities of information and communication technology (ICT) in stroke care, addressing a person-centered care approach. Attention is paid to user involvement, design, videogames, and communication between health care professionals mutually as well as with patients, and how to share performance data with an electronic health record. This is the first step towards a supportive ICT system that facilitates interoperability, making healthcare information and services available to citizen’s across organizational boundaries.
