Une approche sociologique des problèmes environnementaux : deux hypothèses explicatives
This text proposes to examine two hypotheses concerning some blockings relative to an efficient administration of environmental issues. The first one results from an always long-lived faith in the myth of the progress, belief that technical progress could solve all problems. The second sends back to the preservation even in the recollection of territories so national as local worried especially of protecting their privileges on the environment and their resources.
