Analysis of software solutions for project management support in project-oriented organisations
The success of the project-oriented organization in a dynamic business environment is conditioned by use of software solutions for project management support. The paper presents a study of 238 software solutions for project management support. Software analyses shown that most frequent functions are collaboration and planning, while the least frequently risk management. In most cases software solutions are designed for online platforms. The paper identified 24 characteristics of standard software feature and 16 software's that possess all features. The main limitation of this paper is the choice of best software based on number of features and functions they perform, as there are no data on customer satisfaction.
