En este caso, un programa productivo normado que demanda un cierto volumen de aire y determinados movimientos de cargas plantea la pregunta sobre cómo cubrir estas actividades. A la manera de un manto, estas bodegas trasladan la problemática del proyecto al campo de las superficies: Cómo se verá y construirá la cáscara que albergará los procesos industriales. Y de paso, diferenciar, posicionar y vender el producto que resulta de ellos
The relationship between architecture and clothes is more obvious at some times than others. In this case, the question was how to cover a regulated productive program that needed a certain volume of air and space for the movement of goods. Like a cloak, these wine cellars shifted the project's problematic to the issue of surfaces.
