Factors affecting project success of apartment buildings
The need of apartment building increases with the population growth and unchanged land area for residence. In Ho Chi Minh city, an economic center of VietNam, in recent years, many of apartment building projects have been realized with many kinds for from low-income to upper-class people. This paper will present factors affecting the success or failure of this type of project in HCM city. These factors are considered in all phases and partners of a project.
