A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The aim of this article is to identify economic surges in Acre State and their
possible relationship with demographic surges in the capital city of Rio Branco. The main question is whether the surges transformed the productive sector and created a new division of labour, which modified the content, the structure and the complexity of the local economy and with participation of all social groups present in the income generated and in the immaterial wealth produced.
