Illustrated description of project of Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District; dam is second largest earth fill structure built in United States by present day hydraulic methods, and its construction has required approximately 27,000,000 cu ft of fill; two control features are respectively designated "outlet tower " and "Morning Glory spillway".
