Centrifugal method of testing models
Behavior of isotropic, transparent models when subjected to centrifugal forces and investigated by photoelasticity; pull of gravity is increased in same proportion as linear scale is decreased; unit stresses at similar points will be same, and displacement of any point in model will represent displacement of corresponding point in prototype.
