Design and construction of Sugar Creek bridge, Tuscarawas County, consisting of two 32-ft spans carrying roadway 24 ft wide and two 3-ft refuge walks; substructure, railing and sidewalks utilize reinforced brickwork, while deck is of concrete T-beam construction.
