Design and construction of new reinforced-concrete through-arch bridge over Seine River at La Roche-Guyon, France, 161 m span, 23 m rise; bridge deck, 10 m wide; arch reinforcement consists largely of spiral coils of mild steel; falsework suspended from three towers with cables; use of hydraulic jacks for prestressing and control of stresses during construction.
